Podcast & Recording Studio in Kirkland — MarketHQ

A treated, low-noise recording room on Market Street in Kirkland — built for podcast hosts, audiobook narrators, and anyone whose work needs broadcast-quality audio. Hourly and day-rate booking, equipment included.

A Treated Room Built for Spoken Word

Most coworking spaces will sell you a quiet conference room and call it a “studio.” That is not what this is. The MarketHQ recording studio is a dedicated, acoustically treated room with sound-absorbing panels, a controlled noise floor, and the kind of room tone that does not require an hour of post-production to clean up. If your audio quality matters, the room matters.

Equipment and Recording Setup

Broadcast-quality cardioid microphones on adjustable arms, a multi-channel audio interface, headphones, and a host position with a screen for show notes and remote-guest video calls. Bring a laptop and a USB drive — we record locally, you leave with the file. Setup time on a fresh booking is under five minutes.

Solo, Interview, and Multi-Mic Sessions

Solo recording for narration, intros, or one-host shows. Two-mic interview format for a host plus an in-room guest. Multi-mic sessions for panel-style or three-host shows. Remote-guest interviews are supported with high-quality call routing through the host computer. The room comfortably seats up to three at the table for in-person recording.

Booking and Hourly Rates

Hourly and day-rate options are published on the membership page. Members of MarketHQ receive a discount; non-members can book the studio without joining. Most podcasters book in two-hour blocks for episode recording, or a full half-day when batch-recording multiple episodes. Visit explore spaces or call (425) 250-0883 to check availability.
