Our History
A Decade of Leadership at 1018 Market Street
The building at 1018 Market Street has been a home for executive leadership for over ten years. For much of that time, it served as the headquarters of OneAccord — a nationally recognized management consulting firm whose advisors helped business owners across the country navigate growth, transition, and transformation.
From OneAccord to MarketHQ
In 2024, Ariana Anderson and Nick Anderson, co-founders of the Ariid Group, transformed this storied address into MarketHQ. Ariana directed the interior design and spatial programming; Nick oversees operations and member relations. MarketHQ officially opened in late 2024 and was recognized by 425 Business in March 2026.

Ariana Anderson
Ariana Anderson is a licensed interior designer, architect, and entrepreneur based in Kirkland, Washington. She leads Ariana Designs & Interiors, Ariid Build, and Ariid Home — all divisions of the Ariid Group. At MarketHQ, Ariana directed the interior design and spatial programming.
Nick Anderson
Nick Anderson is a business operator and real estate professional with experience in construction management, property operations, and community leadership. Nick oversees MarketHQ’s day-to-day operations, member relations, and strategic growth.
